The Intercontinental Milwaukee is located in the heart of downtown Milwaukee and in the city’s Arts and Financial District. Acquired in May 2005 as a Wyndham hotel, this property underwent an intensive renovation that extended to all areas of the hotel including lobby, guest rooms, restaurants, meeting and banquet rooms. The new high-end look and feel of the property enabled a rebranding to the international luxury brand Intercontinental Hotels & Resorts in Dec 2006.
